With a gift for facilitating open constructive dialogue, I find
I am able to quickly get to the core factors that provide a vehicle
for my clients to achieve their goals. Individual clients and teams
as well key stakeholders typically begin to notice an improvement
in the focus areas of our work within a few meetings.
My ability to use the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator for individual
awareness and development as well as group training such as: teambuilding
and workshops is enhanced by the extensive experience and ongoing
training in providing psychotherapy to high functioning individuals
and groups.
As a result I am able to assess what would be most effective in
helping my clients maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
Applying these principals to standard organizational development
and leadership competencies makes this approach much more comprehensive
and effective.
I instinctively see people’s potential and enthusiastically help
them to discover what they can do to achieve success. I so enjoy
the feedback I have received from clients. It is a pleasure to be
instrumental in the success and achievement of such talented leaders.
Many clients have described their experience as life changing. Make
today the day you begin your life changing experience by taking the
first step towards achieving your full potential.
With a Sincere Thank You,
JoAnn
